Request deletion
Send an email from your Qalorie account address to info@qalorie.com with subject “Qalorie account deletion”. State that you want your account and associated data deleted. This opens a support request, not an instant deletion. We may verify ownership before acting; never send your password.
What the request covers
Request deletion of your account and associated cloud diary, profile and uploaded records. Some records may be retained where required for legal, financial, fraud-prevention or dispute obligations; backup and provider copies may follow separate deletion cycles. We will explain relevant exceptions when responding. You can also request access, correction or a copy using the same address.
Before deleting
Save records you need. Cancel subscriptions with Apple, Google or the original payment provider separately to stop renewal. Local guest data can remain on a device until app data is removed. Where the app offers account deletion, it is available in account settings.
